Biography
Samantha Davis practices exclusively in immigration law, possessing experience in family-based immigration, deportation defense, and humanitarian relief.
Ms. Davis obtained her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, she was a member of the Texas A&M Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she represented asylum seekers, and served as a Senior Staff Member of the Texas A&M Law Review. She also interned with several nonprofit organizations and immigration law firms, gaining hands-on experience.
Before joining Chavez & Valko, LLP, Ms. Davis worked for a nonprofit organization that provided legal services to unaccompanied children. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University.
Ms. Davis is fluent in English and Spanish. She lives in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her pets in her free time.
