Linda Ferretiz

Linda Ferretiz is a first-generation American and a passionate advocate for immigration rights. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude, from the University of North Texas in 2018, where she also completed a certificate program in Legal Studies and Mexican American Studies. Her dedication to advancing her legal knowledge led her to Oklahoma City University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.

Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Ms. Ferretiz's upbringing as the eldest daughter of Mexican immigrants has fueled her commitment to assisting others in achieving their immigration dreams. Her journey, from a first-generation high school graduate to a law school student, exemplifies her determination and resilience in pursuing her career in immigration law.

With a deep sense of purpose, Ms. Ferretiz is now proud to be part of the Chavez & Valko team, where she will continue her mission to make a positive impact in the lives of immigrants seeking legal assistance.
