Biography
Weiyu “Eugene” Chen’s practice consists primarily of employment and business related immigration matters, representing employers and their employees before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State, and various state and federal agencies with immigration oversight.
Eugene is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He received his J.D. and Master of Law (LL.M) majoring at International Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University. He also has a law degree from China (LL.B). He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016. He found his passion in the area of immigration law while he was in the law school, clerking and working for an immigration law firm and Catholic Charities of Dallas.
